ฟาร์มมิลค์เกิดจากความตั้งใจที่จะนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์จากน้ำนมวัวที่ได้มาตรฐาน มีคุณภาพและดีต่อสุขภาพผู้บริโภคทุกคน จากฟาร์มโคนมของกลุ่มสหกรณ์ที่เกิดจากพระราชดำริในพระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร ทรงดำริให้ก่อตั้งขึ้นในพื้นที่ห่างไกลพื้นที่ ต.ห้วยสัตว์ใหญ่ จ.ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เพื่อให้ราษฎรที่อยู่ตามชายแดนได้มีอาชีพสุจริตและมั่นคง มีรายได้บนที่ดินของตนเอง ไม่บุกรุกทำลายป่า ไม่ทำไร่เลื่อนลอย ด้วยการทำอาชีพฟาร์มโคนมทดแทน
